The love relationship involve Jung Hoo true identity; witted and protective Healer, & his fake identity, 
a shy & timid journalist Bong Soo with Young Shin

Bong soo: Rather than having someone who wont appear, cant it be me who is by your side?

Young Shin: Now, you... confessing?

Bong So; Urmmm...think about it, dont need to answer now...

Young shin: Dont need to think, now cannot (*accept your love). Here (*pointed to the heart) no space.

Bong Soo: Because of him?

Young Shin: urmm..Because of him. Sorry.

Bong Soo: Ok. 

Young Shin: End?

Bong soo: Urm. Totally, give up.

Young Shin: Dont feel bad. Your rival is tough. (*Healer) 

***Inner Dialogue***

SJH: I hurt so much, please don't leave me. . . . . I can't take it anymore.

CYS: I'm staying here with you. Will always be here.

 ----CYS sheds his tears and looks in to his eyes----

SJH: Will you . . . . really . . . . be here?

CYS: I won't leave, Never. please . . . .don't cry.

----CYS  slowly lay her lips to comfort him---

CYS: I will be right here, carefully, tenderly, beside you. . .

SJH: . . . CYS. . . .

-----SJH also lock his lips with hers------

SJH: Don't go away. . . .

Young Shin learned to accept the real Jung Hoo.

His personality is a combination of Healer and PBS. Healer is someone who is mentally and physically strong, ingenious, courageous and cunning. But he has no attachs, he is lonely and lives in the shadow. He lives in the fringes of society. Instead, PBS is described a easily scared person who lacks self-confidence, but he is warm, kind, a good listener and takes care of people. He lives amoung the society, has money. His mother is remarried and his father passed away, when he was young. Except the last sentence, PBS is the exact opposite of Healer, but if you put the whole things together, then you'll see JH:

- a lonely person who has abandonment issues, but is longing for love and warmth; but he is strong and isn't afraid of fighting and he takes care of people who he likes - bebebisous33 @soompi

1. It started off with a fake identity to get close to her

Jung Hoo/Healer intended to get close to Young Shin, as she might be somehow connected to his past. He believed that by getting close to her, he will know more about his roots. 

- An old photo revealed that his father was a friend of Young Shin's father. When he was a child, his father was framed for killing his best friend (Young Shin's father).... The big question is 

"Is This The Truth?"

2. Eventually, his true profession, a mysterious errand guy with codename Healer, is assigned to protect Young Shin from harm, due to the nature of her job as a journalist who uncover the dirty schemes of evil ministers.Young Shin fell for his protective personality, and that is how the blind date started.Since Healer cant reveal his looks to the world, Young Shin agrees to communicate with him with her eyes covered.

3. As time passed, Healer realized that he cant suppressed his affection for Young Shin, and decided to confessed his feeling with a sweet kiss. Once again, Young Shin eyes was covered up.

4. While disguising as a scaredy cat who rans away each time they encounter difficulties, Bong Soo aka Healer manage to 'excuse' himself, and stole some time to transform into Healer, and protects Young Shin from harm without any suspicion.

5. While other times, Healer secretly accompany & protects Young Shin, my following her from rooftop.

6. Their relationship developed, and Young Shin suggested an official date. She is contended enought to just let each other's presence known without meeting up face to face.

7. In short, Young Shin was kept in the dark that her crush is all the while by her side, accompany & protects her with a fake identity (aka Bong Soo)
