There lives a prime monster, ruled with iron fist, but is afraid of Mrs. Monster.

During his reign, (*good times or bad times) his fellow monsters receive 'donation raise' all the time, but those who he labelled as 'fools' will receive an 'alarm raise' when the country's 'pocket money' runs dry.
